Tinnitus is known to affect millions of Americans and is best explained as ringing in the ears, a swishing type noise in the ear, or any other type of noise. This condition is not considered a serious problem nor is it a disease. Doctors view the condition as an indication of a possible hidden medical problem. Tinnitus comes in two different forms, pulsative or subjective. Pulsative tinnitus is the result of a medical condition in which the doctor can diagnose. Subjective tinnitus is the result of noises only heard or aware by the patient. There are a few natural Tinnitus Treatments that can help aid or alleviate the noise in the ears.
One of the most common Tinnitus treatments is Ginkgo Biloba. Ginkgo Biloba is known to benefit nerve disorders, improve hearing loss, and possibly reduce dizziness. This natural herb can be purchased in capsule form at any store selling vitamins or supplements. Black Cohosh is an herbal remedy that can be taken together with Ginkgo Biloba. Black Cohosh is extremely helpful in treating and possibly curing tinnitus. Another useful tool is sesame oil. Massaging the mastoid bone, twice daily, with slightly warm sesame oil can possibly completely cure tinnitus. It maybe helpful to put a couple drops in the ears as well.
Certain foods, spices, herbs, and even grains can be utilized as Tinnitus treatments. If high blood pressure is the result of tinnitus, than consider rosemary. Rosemary extract is has been considered highly effective in circulation of blood and vessels. If auditory organs are swelled causing tinnitus, then consider drinking pineapple juice. Pineapple juice will aid in reducing the swelling in the inner ear and even help improve hearing. If tinnitus is causing a lack of zinc within the body, spinach, papaya, prunes, and collard greens to name a few are great providers of zinc.

This condition is not considered a disease and can easily be reduced or alleviated as a whole by natural remedies.
